Council Building Notice or Order resolution

Council Building Notice or Order resolutions is a service we offer to help property owners when the local Council have issued enforcement for illegal building works normally carried out without a Building Permit.

The owner is then required to either remove the illegal building works or demonstrate why the building or structure should remain.

C & M Building Surveyors will be able to guide you through this process as quick as possible to help satisfy the Building Notice or Order requirements.  This can involve either issuing a certification that the works complies or issuing a Building Permit to rectify the works.
