C & M Building Surveyors offer preliminary assessment of building designs throughout all the stages of the building permit process including pre town planning application, schematic design, design development and full documentation stage to identify any non-compliances with the Building Code of Australia from the outset as earliest as possible to avoid time delays and additional costs from redesigning.

The consultancy services offered are:

• Preparation of determinations under Building Regulations 608, 609 and 1011.
• Preparation of CFA/MFB fire brigade Building Regulation 309 or 1003 report and consent applications.
• Compliance assessment of design documentation for compliance with Building Regulations and BCA.
• Preparation of Building Appeal Board modifications.
• Preparation of Part 4 siting report and consent application for submission with local Council.
