Alternative Solution- Peer Reviews Fire Engineering

Both directors of C & M Building Surveyors have successfully completed studies in performance based building designs at Victorian University obtaining Graduate Certificate in Performance Based Building and Fire Codes.

This qualification allows a Building Surveyor to review alternate solutions from designers and fire engineers.

C & M Building Surveyors are at the forefront of performance based building designs understanding the legislation requirements and also how they need to be formulated to comply with the performance requirements of the Building Code of Australia.
